Welcome to Nava College Preparatory Academy. On behalf of our school staff, we thank you for your ongoing support of ensuring the academic success and social-emotional well-being of our students.

Nava College Preparatory Academy is committed to transforming the lives of all students through exemplary teaching and engaged learning. We partner with the community, local organizations, institutions of higher learning, families, and students to develop the knowledge, skills, and character required to excel in college, career, and life.

4/23: Modified Bell Schedule

NCPA will be on a modified bell schedule on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Students will attend periods 1-7. Start time is at 8:30 a.m. Dismissal is at 3:30 p.m.

4/24: Unassigned Day (No School)

Join us in honoring Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day this Wednesday, April 24th (NO SCHOOL). Let's take this time to reflect, remember, and stand in solidarity with those affected. Students will return on Thursday, April 25, 2024. #NeverForget

4/25 - 5/09: CAASPP Assessment

Starting Thursday, April 25th, our students will be participating in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) Assessment System.

4/26: Modified Bell Schedule (Talent Show)

NCPA will be on a modified bell schedule on Friday, April 26, 2024 to allow time for the Talent Show during Homeroom (Periods 2, HR, 4 & 6). Start time is at 8:30 a.m. Dismissal is at 3:30 p.m.

4/26: Nava's Got Talent!

Do you dance, sing/rap, or play an instrument? Nava's Got Talent is the perfect time to showcase your talent on Friday, April 26, 2024 during Homeroom! Make sure to fill out the interest form TODAY.

4/26: CBITS Family Workshops

Join our Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW), Ms. Mejia, for the continuation of our CBITS Family Workshop on April 26, 2024 in the Parent Center from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Learn about trauma, stress management, coping strategies and how to support students struggling with stress.

4/27: Community Service Opportunity

Make sure to register for Nava's Community Service Opportunity happening on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. This opportunity is open to ALL students. Make sure to register by Friday, April 26, 2024.

4/27: Enrollment Support

Interested in enrolling your child at Nava for the 2024-2025 school year? Our office will be open on Saturday, April 27th from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. to provide support with enrollment applications!

Applications are also available for pick-up, Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

5/01: Parent Education Workshops

Nava families, join our Parent Education Workshop on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Learn to speak with your teen about substance abuse, sexual health, mental health and healthy relationships.
