    What you need to do:

    1. Go to the Jefferson School Website and link to the athletics tab.
    2. Use the following checklist (click on the download checklist button below) to complete your Athletic Clearance.
    3. This process needs to be completed yearly and you must also have a 2.0 GPA or higher to maintain athletic eligibility.
    4. Complete all forms and turn them in to your Athletic Director.
